BOSTON BOMBINGS; Two FBI Hostage Rescue Team Members Dead From Helicopter Fall Off Virginia, Involved In Arrest Of Dzhokhar Tsarnaev

May 24, 2013 (AE) - The FBI's Hostage Rescue Team (HRT) role in the capture of Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is unclear... Dzhokhar was captured by the Boston SWAT Team, who can't seem to get their story straight, see my previous article here.

This could just be a coincidence, but it's worth noting, especially considering all the deaths connected to this case...

May 23, 2013 (AE) - The FBI are now claiming that Ibragim Todashev was about to sign a confession to participating in a triple murder with Tamerlan Tsarnaev, involving drugs, that occurred on September 11, 2011.

Yes, once again 911 is promoted in this case... it first came up with Dzhokhar, see my previous article here.

We have what appears to be classic COINTELPRO tactics of attempted entrapment and murder... very reminiscent of FBI strategies used against groups like the Black Panthers in the 1960's.

May 16, 2013 (AE) - This story just keeps getting worse... so after 32 days we're finally told that Dzhokhar wrote a confession letter, or "martyr note", on the wall of the boat he was hiding in???

Now the problems of the FBI breaking the law by not giving Dzhokhar his "Miranda Warning" has all been solved.  For more discussion about the misconception of so called "Miranda Rights", see my previous article here.

Besides all the other problems with this story, just how did Dzhokhar know his brother Tamerlan was a martyr???  He had no way of knowing Tamerlan was dead... especially since the story of Dzhokhar driving over Tamerlan while fleeing has been contradicted by witnesses.

May 15, 2013 (AE) - This story has more holes than Swiss cheese, but I'm still asking... where's the police dash cam video???

This interview is reminiscent of my previous article where the SWAT Team described in detail how they exchanged gunfire with the boat in which Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was hiding... but it turns out Dzhokhar was unarmed.

BOSTON BOMBINGS; Media Lawyers & Politicians Promote Legal Deception Of 'Granting Miranda Rights', There Is No Such Thing

April 29, 2013 (AE) - A great misconception has been spread all over the media, via "Left Wing" vs. "Right Wing" arguments, on whether a Magistrate Judge, under orders from DoJ, should have "issued Miranda Rights" to Boston Bombings suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.

I've heard various television lawyers and politicians (most are lawyers) making the most inaccurate legal statements such as these:  "the Magistrate Judge GAVE HIM HIS RIGHTS", "we ISSUED him Miranda Rights", "we INVOKED his Miranda Rights", "we GRANTED his Miranda Rights".

There is no such thing as "Miranda Rights", the proper term is "Miranda Warning", and it's a legal requirement to warn a person being charged with a crime of their US Constitution, 5th Amendment, "right to remain silent".  Giving this warning does not GIVE YOU your rights, your rights are there and are granted by the US Constitution.  They do not INVOKE your rights, you INVOKE your rights by not speaking.

This is a very dangerous misconception being spread into the public consciousness... that you have NO RIGHTS unless they are GRANTED to you by some legal authority... this is a dangerous deception.
