The attorney for the gun seller store has paperwork on record which shows NL was the holder of an ffl. The average person would be shocked to know this, imho. So she was considered a gun dealer by the atf.

Joel, just listening to your live chat with JFK. You mentioned Adam's internet footprint (or lack of it) and how this relates to trying to understand the cause and motive of Lanza. I've pretty-much come to the conclusion that LE, state and education board have some sort of understanding how this terrible event occurred, who the main players are and have decided to keep large parts of it secret. You're probably right about the cover-up, and that much of this is an attempt to avoid liability.
ReplyDeleteI'm still puzzled about the purple van though. Who was in the vehicle? Why were the van's windows damaged? Where exactly was the van when some sort of 'incident' happened? What was it doing there? Why was the van allowed to leave that area? What happened to it?
