2018.1.21 (AE) - This **EXCLUSIVE** video shows 100% PROOF of unauthorized access to the IMS Group’s online data drive… the access link was sent to me by CW Wade as a form of bait for legal “entrapment”, but I had no interest in the contents, and I’m well aware that all access to such drives is fully logged… this video shows exactly who illegally accessed this data, and it’s clear they copied / mirrored the entire data drive contents… this crime would fall under the California Uniform Trade Secrets Act (UTSA) as “misappropriation”, the acquisition by improper means via “Breach” and / or “Espionage”… whatever the designation, it’s clearly a legal “Theft” of "Intellectual Property”, and the disclosure of “Trade Secrets”… however, all of this evidence means absolutely nothing unless IMS takes legal action...
